Robbers strike at petrol pump on Nashik-Aurangabad road

Five motorcycle-borne robbers looted Rs 2.25 lakh from a petrol pump after threatening the employees with sharp weapons at Lakhalgaon on Nashik- Aurangabad highway last night, police said.

Sanjay Sanap, in-charge of Adgaon police station, said the robbers were aged about 25 to 30 years.

They threatened the employees of Gaurav petrol pump on Nashik-Aurangabad road and fled with the cash, Sanap said.

Adgaon police were probing the case.
