Rs 100 cr sanctioned for creatoriums in villages: UP minister

Uttar Pradesh government has sanctioned 100 crore rupees for constucting crematoriums in 410 villages across the state, said Panchayati Raj minister Bhupinder Singh here.

Interacting with media here yesterday, he also said BJP leaders would dine at Dalit households in 3,378 villages across the state under the Rashtriya Gram Savraj Abhiyan.

Last Monday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a "chaupal" and dined at a Dalit's house in Pratapgarh, in an effort to reach out to Dalits ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
