Russian man held with over 1 kg of charas in HP
A Russian man was arrested with over one kg of charas in Bhuntar area of Himachal Pradesh's Kullu district, police said Friday.
The accused was identified as Konstantin, Kullu Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri said.
A case was registered against him under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, the SP said, adding that a probe into the matter was underway.
