'Salem' renewed for third season
American supernatural drama "Salem" has been renewed for a 13-episode third season, which will begin later this year.
It will premiere in 2016, said The Hollywood Reporter.
The drama ended its second run with a massive cliffhanger featuring star Janet Montgomery, whose Mary seemingly gave up her own life to save true love John (Shane West).
The Fox 21 series hails from showrunners Brannon Braga and Adam Simon.
