Saudi national dies after Angioplasty procedure

A 47-year-old retired army man from Saudi Arabia, who had come here for providing Siddha treatment to his parents at Coutralam near here, has died at a private hospital, police said today.
Al Sahrani Abdul Ahis Mohammed suffered heart attack on November 17 and admitted to a private hospital for treatment. Angioplasty procedure was performed on him for removing some blocks in the heart. In the meanwhile he died last night, they said.
Saudi Arabian Consul has been informed about it through the Indian officials. His body would be sent after formalities were completed.
It was not sure whether the parents would also be accompanying the body, they said.
