Scattered rains occurred at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, while the weather remained dry in most parts of the state causing marginal rise in mercury.
Dharamsala recorded 23 mm rains while Bilaspur recorded 22 mm rains, followed by Kasauli 11 mm and Dalhousie 6 mm rains.
The maximum temperatures rose marginally and Una which was hottest in the region recorded maximum temperatures at 37.0 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperatures rose to 27.5 degrees, six degrees above normal.

The local MeT office has predicted rains or thundershowers in lower, mid and higher hills during next six days from tomorrow and warned of heavy rains at isolated places in mid and lower hills during June 20 and 21.
