Schools in Ebola-hit Liberia to reopen February: ministry

Schools that have been closed in Liberia since August in a bid to contain the spread of the Ebola virus will reopen in February, the education ministry has said.
"We're asking all schools to take the necessary steps to restart classes next semester, that is to say in February," the ministry said in a statement read out on the radio yesterday.
Separately, the country's football federation announced that competitive matches would be resumed immediately.
