Ace cricketer Virender Sehwag will be seen on Delhi streets tomorrow, exhorting people to obey traffic rules.

Along with a group of children and traffic police, Sehwag - who has been roped in by Delhi Traffic Police to help make Delhiites aware about traffic rules - will advice people to obey rules of the road at India Gate-Rajpath Crossing from 12 noon to 12:30 pm.

"The cricketer will exhort Delhiites to observe rules like observing stop line sanctity, wearing seat belt and helmets, giving precedence to pedestrians and other traffic rules," ACP (Traffic) Anil Shukla said.

The programme is part of the observance of 'Global Road Safety Week' by Delhi Traffic Police.

Road safety literature will be distributed and mobile traffic exhibition van will also be there to educate road users.
