The 21-year-old singer reportedly purchased the five-bedroom mansion in Calabasas shortly after her on-off boyfriend Justin Bieber sold his property in the area, reported TMZ.
The 7,200 square-foot estate is very close to socialite Kendall Jenner's family home in Hidden Hills.
The brunette beauty reportedly refused to look at any properties in exclusive gated community The Oaks, where Bieber previously lived.
