The human resource team of Sesa Sterlite Ltd, Jharsuguda, has been bestowed the coveted "L&D Leadership League Awards, 2014" in 'Best in Culture Transformation' category.
The L&D (Learning and Developemnt) Leadership League Awards, organised by People Matters Media, aim to recognise and honor HR teams that are creating HR solutions for business problems in the learning and development space, a company release said today.
It is a platform that recognises and rewards the best L&D practices within organisations for making a clear business impact as a result of its initiation, it said.
Sunil Shrivastav, Head L&D and TQM along with Ipsita Mishra and Vijaya Chatterjee received the award from Sameer Khanna, a distinguished member of the HR fraternity at a function in Gurgaon recently, the release said.
