Singapore delegation to attend Madhya Pradesh's GIS summit

A high-level Singaporean delegation will participate in Madhya Pradesh's flagship investment promotion event 'Global Investors' Summit' scheduled to be held this week.

Singapore is one of several partner countries at the Global Investors' Summit (GIS) scheduled to held in Indore on Saturday, the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh.

The two-day event is aimed to showcase the strengths and industrial prowess of Madhya Pradesh and provide a global platform for interaction with Indian industry leaders, policy makers, investors and other stakeholders.

The delegation will be led by Singapore's Parliamentary Secretary Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim who would be accompanied by officials from the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Enterprise Singapore.
 

Faishal will call on Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan in Indore to discuss possible areas of cooperation between Singapore and Madhya Pradesh, Foreign Ministry said today.

Prominent Indian leaders, as well as Indian and international businesses will attend the event.
