Senior BJP leader Yashwant Sinha today said he would raise in Lok Sabha tomorrow the issue of missing files relating to coalgate scam.
"We'll not tolerate the issue of missing files in the coalgate. I'll raise the issue again tomorrow on the floor (of Lok Sabha)," Sinha told reporters here.
The BJP MP from Hazaribagh termed as "mysterious" the missing of files and demanded that CBI, which has investigated the scam, should probe the matter.
