Six of a family attacked for protesting eve-teasing

Six members of a family, including three women, were injured after they were allegedly attacked over an incident of eve-teasing, police said today.

Six youths were arrested last evening for barging into the residence of a 17-year-old girl and physically assaulting her and five of her family members.

The accused attacked the family as they had confronted the assailants for eve-teasing the girl.
