Congress President Sonia Gandhi and her son Rahul today reached the Patiala House court where they will appear before Metropolitan Magistrate Lovleen in the National Herald case.
Magistrate Lovleen had summoned them to appear today in the case on a private complaint of cheating, criminal breach of trust and other charges filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy.
The other accused in the case AICC Treasurer Moti Lal Vora, AICC General Secretary Oscar Fernandes and Suman Dubey were also present in the court room.

Earlier, former prime minister Manmohan Singh came to the court accompanied by a number of Congress leaders including Ghulam Nabu Azad, Mallikarjun Kharge, Shiela Dikshit and Ashwini Kumar.
Sonia's daughter Priyanka Gandhi was also in the court complex along with party leaders A K Antony, Meira Kumar and Ambika Soni, are also in the court premises.
No persons other than accused, their lawyers and those
Congress leaders likely to stand as sureties for them were been allowed in the courtroom.
