An FIR has been registered against Samajwadi Party MLA and three others for allegedly manhandling General Manager of Urban Cooperative Bank at his residence, police said today.
The FIR has been registered against SP MLA Ashutosh Maurya, two directors of the bank - Ajay Goel and Deepak Saxena and Deputy manager Sanjay Gupta for allegedly manhandling bank's GM, Sachin Agarwal at MLA's residence yesterday, Superintendent of Police (SP), Saumitra Yadav said.
He said probe is on in the matter. No arrests have so far been made in this connection.
