Sporting Clube de Goa will look to move upwards in the points table by beating Shillong Lajong FC when the two sides meet in a Hero I-league match at the Nehru Stadium here tomorrow.

The Flaming Oranje have collected four points from nine games, while Shillong have six points from eight outings.

Sporting Goa rallied their troops just seven days back when they held Kingfisher East Bengal to a 2-2 draw after two-goal down to take a valuable point. This has done their confidence a world of good and they will now be looking to build on that performance.

Shillong, on the other hand, sat out the last round. In their last game before the break, they were handed a 1-2 defeat by Salgaocar at the same venue.

The dangerman for the North-East outfit is their marquee player, Trinidad and Tobago forward Cornell Glen who has found the back of the net six times so far.

Sporting Goa's marquee striker Anthony Wolfe, who also hails from Trinidad and Tobago, will look to add to his tally of three goals.

Both players will put their friendship on hold for 90 minutes tomorrow as they search for success for their respective teams.
