State NCP spokesman Nawab Malik told reporters today that about 5000 delegates including ministers will attend the meeting.
Union Agriculture minister and NCP chief Sharad Pawar will be present on both days, he said.
Discussions on the prevailing political situation, as well as FDI in retail is expected, he said.
He said that party workers will be informed about how FDI in retail would benefit farmers and the common man.
Pawar will also participate in the Rashtrawadi Yuvati Melava in Aurangabad on October 28, he said.
