A group of 35 students from various districts of Arunachal Pradesh met Governor of Maharashtra Ch Vidyasagar Rao at the Raj Bhavan here today.
The Governor asked the students to acquire knowledge and contribute to the process of socio-economic and political development of the country.
The visit of the students to Mumbai was organised by the Arunachal Vikas Parishad as part of its efforts to motivate youth and promote patriotic feelings among them, a release said.
The students visited Kanyakumari, Bangalore and Mysore before arriving in Mumbai.
They will proceed to Kolkata and Guwahati, before reaching Itanagar.
