Summons issued to Mumbai-based model Poonam Pandey

The sixth Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Churi Khan directed her to appear on February 26 next.

Advocate S Umesh in his complaint filed in May said Poonam had made a statement last year that she would pose nude along with Indian cricketers if India won the World Cup against Pakistan.

When India won the cup in April 2011, she had allegedly posed semi-nude with the photograph to cheer the winning team and later uploaded it on YouTube.
