A 36-year-old man stabbed his wife and two daughters to death in Uttar Pradesh's Chitrakoot district on the suspicion that she was involved in an extra-marital affair, police said today.
Ajit Raidas yesterday stabbed his wife Maina (32), and daughters -- Nandini (8) and Pinki (6) -- in Chakla Gurubaba village under Karvi Kotwali police station area, SP Pratap Gopendra Singh said.
Raidas later surrendered before the police and confessed to his crime, the SP said, adding that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination.
