SVO books revenue officials for land fraud in Samba

The State Vigilance Organisation (SVO) today booked Revenue Officials and private persons for preparing "fictitious and fraudulent" revenue record for selling land in Samba.

A case has been registered against public servants and private persons for acts of "omission and commission", an SVO spokesman said.

He said it has been found that revenue officials in connivance with other accused "tampered" with and prepared fictitious documents, he said.
