Tanker-train derails

Two coaches of a tanker-train

carrying oil derailed in Jalandhar Railway Station though no damage was reported, police said.

Train operations were affected following the incident the cause of the derailment is yet to be ascertained, SP (GRP) Makhan Singh said.

A senior railway official said there is still a problem in the down line while upper line is functional, police said.
