Teacher booked for sodomising 5-year-old

A case was today registered against a teacher of a private school for allegedly sodomising a child in Sukhpura area, police said.

"The FIR was registered against Pradeep, a teacher in a convent school for allegedly sodomising a student of class I," Superintendent of Police, Anis Ansari said.

According to the FIR, the incident took place on October 9, police said, adding that a probe into the case was on.

The accused has not been arrested so far.
