Teenage girl commits suicide over poor score

A teenage girl allegedly committed suicide at her residence in southwest Delhi's Prem Nagar locality over poor score in her class X1 exams today.

The 16-year-old girl hanged herself in a room. She left behind a suicide note in which she sought forgiveness from her parents for not performing up to their expectations, police said.

A probe has been ordered into the matter, they added.
