Three dead including Turkish national in Burkina Faso cafe

Three people including a Turkish national were killed in a suspected jihadist attack on a Burkina Faso cafe, hospital sources said.

"We evacuated 11 people but one of them, a Turk, died on arriving at hospital," a paramedic told AFP yesterday, speaking on condition of anonymity.

A doctor said a dozen injured people were taken to the hospital. "Three of them have died. The rest of the wounded are in a critical condition," the surgeon said.
