Three farmers injured

in firing between them over a dipute regarding selling wheat there, police said.

Two groups of farmers clashed at the wheat purchase centre at Mandi Samiti premises this afternoon over a minor dispute, they said adding that three persons were injured in the incident.

The injured have been rushed to the hospital, where their condition was stated to be stable.

FIRs have been lodged by both the groups in this connection. Police is probing the matter. No arrests have so far been made in this connection.
