Three unidentified bodies recovered

Three unidentified bodies, including one that of a woman, were recovered today from river Saryu near Balpar village in Siwan district of Bihar, a police officer said.

On noticing the bodies floating near the edge of the river the villagers informed the police, Raghunathpur police station in-charge Abhijit Kumar said.

These bodies were sent for post-mortem, he said.

A probe was on to ascertain the identity of the victims and circumstances of their death, Kumar said.
