Tin, lead and zinc recover on renewed demand

Tin, lead, zinc and copper utensils recovered at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockist buying amid renewed demand from alloy industries.

While, copper scrap heavy softened due to subdued demand from industrial users.

Tin rose by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,410 from Wednesday's close Rs 1,405.

Zinc and lead moved up by Rs 4 per kg each to Rs 194 and Rs 138 as against Rs 190 and Rs 134 yesterday.

Copper utensils inched up by a Re per kg to Rs 329.

However, copper scrap heavy edged down by a Re per kg to Rs 358.
