Tin, zinc and lead slip on subdued demand

Zinc, lead and prices slipped at the non-ferrous metals market here today on stockists' selling amid subdued demand from alloy industries.

While, brass utensils scrap recovered marginally owing to renewed demand from industrial users.

slid by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,415 from Tuesday's close at Rs 1,420.

Zinc prices edged down by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 240 as against Rs 242 yesterday and lead softened by a Re per kg to Rs 162.

However, brass utensils scrap edged up by Rs 2 per kg to Rs 302 as compared to yesterday's close at Rs 300.
