TMC forms board in Mal Municipalty
The Trinamool Congress today formed the board in Mal Municipalty of Jalpaiguri district.
Led by Swapan Saha, who took over as Chairman, the ruling party had 9 councillors.
The opposition Congress had 4 and the Left Front has 2.
