The petition filed by City Public Prosecutor M L Jegan submitted that Swamy had published 'wrong' information in his tweeter handle with regard to the health condition of Jayalalithaa on July 13 last and sought to punish him for criminal defamation.

It was filed before Principal Sessions Judge N Audinathan and is expected to be taken on file in the next two days.
