She said, "We have not only lost a leader of strong political will but also a mentor and guide."
She conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the family of the former Chief Minister and his admirers.
"I pray to the Almighty to give them enough courage to bear with the irreparable loss. I join them in their prayers for his soul to rest in eternal peace," she said.
