Tamil Nadu Agricultural University today entered into a MOU with Chennai-based Orient Green Power Company Ltd, a leading renewable energy power producer, for the benefit of students.
Under the MOU, there would be research collaboration between the two, which will also offer research fellowship for the M.Tech/Phd in Bioenergy Students to work on problems being faced by the industry, a TNAU release said here.
The company will offer industrial internship to the B.Tech (EEE) students of Agricultural Engineering College and Research Institute, it said.
The MoU was signed by TNAU Registrar C. R.Ananthakumar and R. Kulothungan, Senior Vice president, Orient Green in the presensce of K Ramasamy, TNAU Vice-Chancellor.
