Tom Felton to star in crime drama 'Murder in the First'

Actor Tom Felton, best known for his role of Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, has joined the cast of TNT's drama pilot 'Murder In The First'.

The project is a mystery centering around San Francisco police department's homicide detectives Terry Seagrave and Hildy Mulligan as they take on a complicated case.

Felton will play Erich Blunt, the cocky, spectacularly wealthy CEO of Applicon, a tech genius, the Deadline reported.

The drama is co-created by Steven Bochco and Eric Lodal.
