TriStar Pictures has acquired the worldwide rights to George Clooney starrer 'Money Monster'.
The film helmed by Jodie Foster, will see Clooney, 53, as a TV stock tout who is held hostage on air by a man who followed the huckster's advice, lost his money and put his young family in precarious situation, reported Deadline.
'We are Marshall' writer Jamie Linden has penned the script for 'Money Monster'. The film begins production in the spring after Clooney completes 'Hail Caesar'.
