Two bodies found in jungle

Two decomposed bodies were recovered today from Kutatoli jungle in Topkara police outpost in Khunti district, the police said.

While one of the body was identified as Masih Gudia (27), a resident of Ambatoli in Topkara, the identity of other was yet to be established, Police Superintendent Anis Gupta said.

Gudia, a labourer, has gone missing in Tuesday and the body along with the other was recovered, the police said.

He said the motive behind the killing could be ascertained as yet but an axe was recovered from the spot, which led police to suspect that they were axed to death.
 

An external injury was found on the bodies, which has been sent for post-mortem, he added.
