Two children killed in mishap

Two children were killed and two others injured when a truck collided with a motorcycle in Bharthana area here, police said today.

Shanu (6) and his sister Airaan (2) were killed when the motorcycle on which they were riding was hit by the truck on Bharthana-Usrahar road last evening, they said.

Police said the grandfather of the two children Narendra Singh and their mother Sandhya were injured in the accident.

The truck driver had been detained, it said.
