A two-member team of Delhi-based British High Commission today visited the Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) headquarters here, a spokesman of the trade organisation said.
They were briefed by JCCI president Rakesh Gupta about the economic conditions and political and security situation in the state, the spokesman said in a statement here.
He said the head of foreign and security policy team Alex Pykett and senior foreign policy advisor Deep Jyoti of the high commission visited the chamber house to get an update on various issues.
The JCCI president also raised the threat from illegal foreign immigrants in Jammu, the statement said.
