Two minor girls drown in a pond in Odisha

Two minor girls drowned in a pond at Gajarajpur village in Odisha's Kendrapara district today, police said.

The two girls around seven years old, while taking bath slipped from the bathing ghat and drowned, they said.

Not finding the girls in the house, the family members frantically searched for the missing children only to find their bodies floating in the pond, police added.
