Two class 12 students today drowned in Amaravathi dam in Dharapuram where they had gone to take bath, police said.
Soundararajan and Balaji both aged 17 had gone to take bath in the dam, when they slipped and were washed away, they added.
Fire and Rescue department personnel are searching for them, police said, adding that investigation is underway.
