Two teenage boys drown in canal in UP

Two teenage boys allegedly drowned in a canal while taking bath in Baheda village here, police said today.

Rohit (13) and Ankur (14) drowned in Bhognipur canal in Baheda village in Bakewar police station area yesterday, Station Officer A K Singh Parihar said.

The deceased, hailing from Kerawali Bakewar village, had come to the village to take part in a marriage function, he added.
