The US has released five prisoners from Guantanamo as part of the effort to close the detention center on the Navy base in Cuba.
Officials say three men were sent to Georgia and two to Slovakia.
The release announced by the Pentagon today brings the prisoner population at Guantanamo to 143.

Officials have said releases will continue as part of President Barack Obama's renewed effort to close the detention center opened under his predecessor.
Congress has barred moving any prisoner to the US and placed restrictions on sending them overseas.
State Department envoy Clifford Sloan has been trying to persuade other countries to accept some of the 90 or so prisoners no longer considered a threat.
Sloan issued a statement praising Georgia and Slovakia for accepting the five men.
