Vani Jairam bereaved
Well-known playback singer Vani Jairam's husband, TS Jayaraman, passed away here Monday following a brief illness, according to sources close to the family.
The 79-year old Jayaraman breathed his last at a hospital here this morning, they said.
The couple has no children.
Vani Jairam is a popular cinema playback singer who has lent her voice for a number of hit numbers in Tamil, Kannada and Hindi and others.
