Today's minimum was 7.7 degree Celsius, one degree below normal and down from the previous day's 11.5 degree Celsius, but the maximum rose to 23.8 degrees, one degree above normal and up from yesterday's 18.5 degrees.
The lowest minimum of the season so far was recorded on December 4 when the mercury touched 6.5 degrees.
