Woman sent to judicial custody for killing mother-in-law

A local court here today remanded a woman, arrested for allegedly killing her mother-in-law, to 14 days judicial custody.

"The chief judicial magistrate has sent Shama to 14 days judicial custody," the prosecution said.

Sabra (45) was beaten to death allegedly by her daughter-in-law Shama (21) over some family dispute in Shamli district yesterday. The victim died on the spot.
