Prima facie, it appears that Guddi Bai and her son Rohit were shot dead in their residence in Dadabadi area here, they said.
On the information provided by the local residents, a police team was rushed to Dadabadi area, which found the two bodies inside the house, police said.
The bodies have been sent for post mortem.
No one has been yet arrested in the matter, they said.
