Two women Rajya Sabha members today demanded action in the alleged sexual harassment of a female worker in Parliament premises.
The issue was raised by DMK's Kanimozhi and CPIM's T N Seema in Special Mentions laid on the table of the House.
"Demand to take action in the matter of alleged sexual harassment of a woman worker in Parliament premises," the Special Mention said.
The Special Mention apparently referred to a news report about the woman, working as a cleaner in the premises of Parliament, who has alleged that she was sexually harassed by her supervisor.
