Youth held for raping, killing minor
A youth was arrested for allegedly raping and killing a minor girl in Dholpur district.
Raghuveer, 22, allegedly kidnapped the 12-year-old girl, who was sleeping with her family on Monday night in Nangal village, police said today.
He raped her and later, threw her into a well, police said.
