The 23-year-old youth, who was allegedly attacked by an eatery owner and three others for complaining about food in east Delhi's Mandawali area, succumbed to his injuries today.
Victim Rahul was allegedly beaten by four persons, including the owner of the eatery, with iron rods and baseball bats when he complained about the food served to him on August 28.
He had sustained grievous injuries on his head, neck and chest and was rushed to LBS Hospital from where he was referred to GTB Hospital.

Later, he was shifted to Max Hospital in Patparganj where he succumbed to his injuries.
Two of the accused were arrested by the police in this connection, while the search is on to nab the absconding accused, police said.
The two arrested accused have been identified as Parwesh and Suresh, both residents of Mandawali area. The eatery's owner, Gaurav, is on the run, police added.
"Rahul had sustained deep injuries on his head, neck and chest and passed away today morning," victim's brother, Kallu, said.
