Cabinet discusses raising gas prices at Wednesday's meeting - source

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The cabinet discussed raising the prices of locally produced gas at Wednesday's meeting, a government official said, without giving further details.

The official declined to be named as he was not authorised to speak to the media.

He, however, added the government would shortly brief the media on its decision.
